Potosi with altitude shit advantage but so far in two games at home they didn`t won,two draws with 2-2 cs.
Parana is having much more quality but they are going to have problems and i think over2,5 is best bet. Potosi won against Bolivar 6-2 in Bolivian championship couple of days ago.
